Illegal Massages Given At 2 Hicksville Businesses: Police
Both women, who are in the U.S. illegally, were detained by ICE agents, police said.
HICKSVILLE, NY — Two women working at separate Hicksville businesses were taken into custody on Thursday for giving illegal massages, police said.
An investigation at Spring Day Spa on North Broadway resulted in the arrest of Bifang Lin, 43, of Queens, police said.
It was revealed that Lin is in the United States illegally and is subject to removal proceedings, authorities said.

Lin is charged with unauthorized practice of profession, police said. She was issued an appearance ticket and taken into custody by U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, police said.
Also on Thursday afternoon, an investigation at Modern Life Wellness on West Village Green led to the arrest of Sandra Toro-Perez, 31, of Queens, police said.

It was determined she is in the U.S. illegally and is also subject to removal proceedings, police said.
Toro-Perez is charged with prostitution and unauthorized practice of a profession, police said. She was issued an appearance ticket and taken into custody by ICE agents, police said.
