Lanes Of Route 107 To Close Overnight For Repairs
Work crews will be closing one lane in either direction starting Sept. 7. Work is expected to take about a month.
NASSAU COUNTY, NY — Lanes on Route 107 in Bethpage and Hicksville will be closed overnight for the coming weeks as work crews make repairs.
The state Department of Transportation announced that starting on Sept. 7, one lane in either direction of Route 107 will be closed between Hempstead Turnpike and Jericho Turnpike. Workers will be making pavement repairs to the road.
The work will be done overnight, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The DOT said the work is expected to take about a month, but could go longer depending on weather.
