Man Robs Hicksville Gas Station At Knifepoint

A gas station was robbed a knifepoint on Wednesday night in Hicksville, police say.

According to authorities, a man entered Citgo Gas Station, located at 400 South Broadway, threatened a 56-year-old employee with a knife and took an undetermined amount of cash from the register at 10:38 p.m..

The man fled the store on foot northbound on South Broadway. No injuries were reported.

Police described the robber as wearing a dark mask and dark gloves. No further description was available.
