The 50-year-old suspect faces multiple robbery and menacing charges and was arraigned Wednesday in Hempstead, offering residents closure on the recent incidents.

Investigators report seizing large quantities of fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, and a powerful synthetic opioid, along with explosive devices and counterfeit money. The case could carry a lengthy prison term if he’s convicted.
