Greenlawn FD Member Dies On Duty; Services To Take Place Friday
Flags were flown at half-staff at all Town of Huntington buildings on Wednesday to honor the paramedic and volunteer firefighter.

Services for a Greenlawn Fire Department member who died in the line of duty will be held Friday.
M. Kent Stillwagon, 52, died on Tuesday at approximately 1:27 a.m. Stillwagon served as a firefighter and paramedic for the Greenlawn Fire Department. The department called him one of the "best, most experienced professionals" they had.
Flags were flown at half-staff at all Town of Huntington buildings on Wednesday to honor Stillwagon.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of paramedic Kent Stillwagon and the Greenlawn Fire Department, we thank you for your service and your sacrifice will not be forgotten,” Town of Huntington Supervisor Chad Lupinacci said.
Visitation for Stillwagon will be held on Friday at M.A. Connell Funeral Home Inc., located at 934 New York Ave. in Huntington Station, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral and firematic service will take place at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
