Harborfields HS Student Wins Art Logo Design Contest
The student's winning design was printed on a Long Island Nets t-shirt. "We are so proud of Isabella on this incredible achievement."

GREENLAWN, NY — Isabella "Izzy" DiPaolo, a student at Harborfields High School, won the Long Island Nets Logo Design contest and had her winning design printed on a Nets t-shirt, the school district announced. DiPaolo is a current sophomore at Harborfields High School.
The Long Island Nets are the NBA G league affiliate of the Brookyln Nets Basketball team and their home court is inside Nassau Coliesum. To honor their home on Long Island, the Nets created a t-shirt design contest for the five townships. The contest rules stated that entrants had to be under 18 years old, keep the design to the front of the shirt only, use no more than three colors, and fit into a 10"-14" x 10"-12" area. Contest entrants were also tasked with making sure the submission reflected the lifestyle of their township, while weaving in elements of the Long Island Nets brand.
DiPaolo was honored for her win at a game on Jan. 6 at Town of Huntington Night. In addition to being honored at the game, DiPaolo was interviewed on camera and presented with courtside seats where she met and mingled with the members of the sports marketing team.
