Huntington Town Council Results: Republicans Lead

Republicans Brooke Lupinacci and Theresa Mari held a slight lead over Democrats Jennifer Hebert and Donald McKay as of early Wednesday.

HUNTINGTON, NY — Election Day 2023 has come and gone, as voters went to the polls on Tuesday. The unofficial results for Huntington Town Council are in. Four candidates ran for two open seats. Democrats Jennifer Hebert and Donald McKay, and Republicans Brooke Lupinacci and Theresa Mari were the contestants.

Here are the unofficial results from the Suffolk County Board of Elections, last updated at 10:24 a.m. 178 of 178 districts have reported results.

  • Brooke Lupinacci (Republican): 22,199 votes
  • Theresa Mari (Republican): 22,034 votes
  • Jennifer Hebert (Democrat): 21,699 votes
  • Donald McKay (Democrat): 20,746 votes
