Village Elections Set for Tuesday

Candidates are seeking positions Tuesday on two boards in the villages of Huntington Bay and Lloyd Harbor but there's no fighting. None of the seats are contested.

In Huntington Bay, incumbent Dominic Spada is running again, with Mark Dara running for the seat vacated by Dennis Gai.

In Lloyd Harbor, village justice John Giblin is seeking re-election. Three incumbents are also running again: William Burdo, Matthew Strunk and Steven Herling.

Both elections are conducted between noon and 9 p.m., at the Lloyd Harbor and Huntington Bay village halls.
