Rain. . . again? This weekend's Nor'easter is set to continue a string of rainy weekends on Long Island.

LONG ISLAND, NY — In what feels like a new normal on Long Island, rain and possible thunderstorms are predicted in this weekend's forecast.

A Nor’easter is set to douse New England and the mid-Atlantic region, starting with light showers Thursday night, AccuWeather said.

Storms will reach its highest power Friday night into Saturday, with a 90 percent chance of precipitation.

Showers are also likely Saturday during the day, with a 60 percent chance of precipitation.

This will end up being the seventh weekend in a row where rain fell Saturday, Sunday or both days, AccuWeather said.

While rain will clear up on Sunday, the region will be buffeted by gusty winds.

Here is the full weekend forecast from the National Weather Service:

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 63. Southeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming south in the morning.

Thursday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 5 a.m. Increasing clouds, with a low around 55. South wind around 9 mph.

Friday: Showers likely, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 2 p.m. High near 65. Southeast wind 10 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Friday Night: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Low around 56. East wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Saturday: Showers likely, mainly before 8 a.m. Cloudy, with a high near 64. West wind 8 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Saturday Night: Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 50.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 59. Breezy.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 44. Breezy.

Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 58.
