Islip Animal Shelter Announces 'My Furry Valentine' Promotion

ISLIP, NY — Are you searching for a fur-ever friend to love this Valentine's Day?

For two weeks during the month of February, the Town of Islip Animal Shelter and Adopt-A-Pet Center will hold a "My Furry Valentine" promotion and offer reduced adoption rates in celebration of the holiday of love.

Reduced adoption fees include $20 for rabbits, $70 for cats, and $76 for dogs. Standard application fees apply.

The promotion will go from Thursday, Feb. 7, through Saturday, Feb. 19.
