Town of Islip Animal Shelter To Host 'Clear The Shelter' Event
The shelter is striving is to have as many animals adopted as possible next month.
TOWN OF ISLIP, NY — Get ready to meet your best friend.
The Town of Islip Animal Shelter will host its "Clear the Shelter" adoption event for the month of August.
The event's goal is to have as many animals adopted as possible. The shelter is also offering reduced adoption fees of $50 for cats and for $56 for dogs. Fees for other animals will vary.

This special deal will begin on Aug. 1 and will go through Aug. 31. The shelter is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
