Winning Powerball Ticket Sold At Islip Mini Mart

ISLIP, NY — One lucky Islip patron is getting more treats than tricks this Halloween.

The New York Lottery announced that four third-prize winning Powerball tickets worth $50,000 — one purchased at the Midpoint Mart in Islip — were drawn on Wednesday.

The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on Wednesday are: 19-36-37-46-56 and the Powerball is 24.

The tickets have four matching numbers and the Powerball, the New York Lottery said.

The other three tickets were purchased at the Alisan 2 Corporation on Middle Country Road in Ridge, Spring Iconic Sweet Mart on Spring Street in Manhattan, and the Krishna Bazaar on Liberty Avenue in Brooklyn.

The jackpot for the drawing to be held Saturday night is an estimated $800 million.

Players can securely check their tickets on the New York Lottery app. The winner has one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The Powerball number is drawn from a separate field one to of 26.

The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m.
