JACKSON HEIGHTS, QUEENS — Peruvian sandwich spot Juanita's Cafe earned a spot on a list of New York City's best cheap eats.

The Jackson Heights sangucheria, run by the owners of popular rotisserie chicken chain Pio Pio, made it onto Eater NY's list of the city's top-40 affordable restaurants.

Among Eater critic Robert Sietsema's recommended sandwiches are the butifarra, which has roasted ham, the chicharron and the lomo saltado, inspired by the Chinese-Peruvian dish.
