Man Shot Dead Outside Duane Reade In Woodside, Police Say
The man was gunned down outside the convenience store near the 61st Street subway station early Tuesday morning, cops said.

WOODSIDE, QUEENS -- A man was shot dead outside a Duane Reade just steps away from the 61st Street subway station in Woodside early Tuesday morning, police said.
Cops responding to a 911 call of the shooting at about 12:30 a.m. found the man in his 40s lying unconscious with bullet wounds to his chest in front of the convenience store at 60-02 Roosevelt Ave.
Medics rushed the unidentified man to Elmhurst General Hospital, where he died.

No arrests have been made in the shooting and an investigation is ongoing, police said.
