• Johnson City High School Transformation Underway (wnbf.com) — A long-vacant Johnson City High School building on Main Street is being transformed into 55 apartments, with Broome-Tioga BOCES creating a new LPN training space in the former gym. Backed by state Downtown Revitalization funds, the project preserves the historic structure and aims to welcome BOCES students by next April and residents starting spring 2027.
