Kings Park 2024-25 School Budget Passes Handily

KINGS PARK, NY — Residents within the boundaries of the Kings Park School District on Tuesday voted to pass the 2024-25 school budget by a margin of 1,046 yes votes to 533 no votes.
The district's budget is $106,790,956, up 2.64 percent from last year's. The tax levy is $82,007,933, up 2.38 percent.
Incumbent Kevin Johnston and James Lovastik ran unopposed for three-year school board terms.
