Man Threatens To Shoot Kings Park Boy After Losing Video Game: PD
The man threatened to shoot the boy, possibly at his school, after losing a game of Fortnite, police say.

A Huntington man was arrested on Tuesday after police say he threatened to shoot an 11-year-old boy after he lost to the child while playing a popular video game.
According to authorities, the Kings Park boy received threatening text messages and voice messages via Xbox from 45-year-old Michael Aliperti on Monday at 9 p.m. Aliperti, after losing to the boy in a game of Fortnite, threatened to shoot him, possibly at his school, police say.
Aliperti was arrested at his West Neck Road home at 1:40 a.m. following an investigation. He was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and acting in a manner to injure a child. He will be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Central Islip.
