Town officials say the $220 million project could add housing options and jobs, while some residents worry it’s too dense for Kings Park; final project approvals are still pending.
   

• Suffolk Police charge Kings Park man with robbing two banks in Babylon (babylonbeacon.com) — Kings Park residents should know that a local man has been arrested and charged in connection with two recent Flagstar Bank robberies in North and West Babylon. Suffolk County Police say the suspect was stopped in Copiague and now faces robbery, resisting arrest, and drug possession charges as detectives continue their investigation.
