Cash Offered for Info on New Year's Eve Party Thief
According to police, a man stole a purse and a car – though the car was discovered at a later time
Suffolk County Police are seeking a man who stole a woman's Coach purse and Nissan Altima early in the morning on New Year's Day.
According to police, the man stole the purse at Celtic Bar on Pulaski Road around 3 a.m.
The purse reportedly contained a wallet with credit cards and cash, as well as her car keys, which police said he used to take the car for a joy ride. It was found a short time later however.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. A cash reward of up to $500 is being offered for any information that leads to an arrest, and all calls will be kept confidential.
