WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — The Hutch might not be the quickest way home from the grocery store for much of this week.

The New York State Department of Transportation says that nightly lane reductions and ramp closures along the Hutchinson River Parkway are to be expected this week, for construction work.

The good news is that the closures are not expected to affect morning commutes. The work is expected to take place between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., from Monday, May 6 to Thursday, May 9, weather permitting.
