Mamaroneck Avenue Roadwork Continues With New Parking Restrictions
Breaking: No overnight parking will be permitted on the stretch of Mamaroneck Ave. this week while milling and paving work is completed.

MAMARONECK, NY — Street parking will once again be a little harder to come by in a busy Mamaroneck corridor for the next few days.
The Village of Mamaroneck announced that the Westchester County Department of Public Works will resume milling and paving work on Mamaroneck Ave. from the Metro-North Railroad Bridge to the North Barry Extension, in both directions. No overnight parking will be permitted along that stretch in both directions, between Sunday, June 12 to Wednesday, June 15., from 4 p.m. - 7 a.m.
The construction work is scheduled to take place from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., from Sunday until Thursday.

Lane closures and traffic tie-ups are expected because of the work so drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes. The Village of Mamaroneck Police Department will be onsite to help keep drivers, pedestrians and workers safe.
Drivers are reminded to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone.
