Traffic Alert: Hutch Lane Closures Sunday Through Thursday
The roadwork will stretch from Exit 12 to Exit 14 on the northbound side, but is not scheduled during rush hours so far.
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is warning drivers about possible delays Sunday through Thursday.
The NYSDOT says that a lane reduction and ramp closures along the Hutchinson River Parkway are scheduled, beginning Sunday, September 24, through Thursday, September 28, for construction. The work will take place between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. daily, weather permitting, according to NYSDOT.

- One lane of the Hutchinson River Parkway northbound will close between Exit 12 (Mamaroneck Rd.) and Exit 14 (North St.)
- The northbound Hutchinson River Parkway ramps to Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Ave.) and Exit 14 (North St.) will close. Drivers should expect delays and follow the posted detour.
The NYSDOT is reminding drivers to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in a drivers license suspension.
