17-Year-Old Assaulted In Parking Lot Of Nassau Middle School: Police
He was walking home from high school when 2 18-year-olds, who were not students, punched and kicked him, police say.
LEVITTOWN, NY — A high school student on his way home was assaulted in a Nassau middle school parking lot Tuesday afternoon, police said.
According to Nassau County police, two Levittown males were arrested after the assault, which took place at 2:10 p.m. in the parking lot of the Island Trees Memorial Middle School on Wantagh Avenue.
A 17-year-old male, who is an Island Trees High School student, was walking home when he was approached by two, non-student 18-year-old males whom he knew, police said. He was punched and kicked by both of the 18-year-olds before they fled the scene prior to police arrival, authorities said.

The teen refused medical attention at the scene, police said.
After a thorough investigation, the two were identified as Anthony Cisneros, 18, and Emett Damp, 18, police said.

Both were located shortly after the attack and placed under arrest without further incident, police said.
Cisneros and Damp were both charged with second-degree assault, police said. They will be arraigned on Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead, police said.
