Crime Nearby, Pt. II: Stolen Hubcaps, DWI Arrests
A look at recent crime outside of Levittown.

The following information is taken directly from the Nassau County Police Department's incident reports. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime.
Bellmore
- On April 30, Adrianne Greenberg, 51, of Merrick was arrested at the corner of Merrick Road and South St. Marks Avenue and charged with driving while ability impaired.
- On May 4, Caterina Leonardo, 46, of Whitestone was arrested at the intersection of Sunrise Highway and Bellmore Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated as well as three vehicle and traffic law violations.
- A tire was slashed on East Lake Avenue in Massapequa Park on April 30.
- An iPod was stolen from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in a driveway on Cashaw Place in Massapequa Park on April 30.
- The window of a vehicle parked on Kenwood Avenue was broken with a pocketbook stolen on May 2.
- A GPS and cash were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on North Queens Avenue in North Massapequa between May 3-4.
- Hubcaps were removed from a vehicle parked on Stuyvestant Avenue between April 29-30.
- A man was observed on video opening unlocked vehicle doors and attempting to open several other vehicles on Elliot Place on May 4. For more details and a video of the man, click here.
- An iPod and GPS were stolen from a vehicle parked on Seaford Avenue along the Massapequa-Seaford border on May 2. No damage to the vehicle was reported.
- On May 5, Ricardo Jurado, 26, of Hicksville was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Seaford and charged with driving while intoxicated as well as two vehicle and traffic law violations.
