The Levittown School District is pleased to announce that the New York State School Boards Association has bestowed trustee Michael Pappas with a Board Excellence Award. This award recognizes trustees for participation in leadership development opportunities through NYSSBA’s School Board U Program.
The School Board U Program acknowledges board members who continually strive to expand their expertise and knowledge for board governance through leadership development opportunities. Such opportunities include attendance at events, including the annual convention and regional workshops.
