Retirement Party and Senior Health Expo

• A retirement party will be held for Lois Cornibert, celebrating 25 years of dedicated service to the community. The event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 6 p.m. Cash bar at Domenico's Restaurant, 3270 Hempstead Turnpike.    

• Adult Education fall classes begin in the Levittown School District on Monday. 

•  Get your tickets for the Levittown Public Library Bus Trip to the Westchester Dinner Theater - White Christmas. Limited tickets go on sale Tuesday, October 1, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in the Levittown Public Library Meeting Rooms 1 + 2 (located on the lower level) for Levittown UFSD residents.  Limit 4 tickets per patron. $91 includes bus, dinner, play, and all gratuities.

• Senator Kemp Hannon hosts the 12th annual Senior Health Expo on Thursday, Oct. 3, 9 a.m. at St. Paul’s Firehouse in Garden City. The event offers free screenings, testings and many other available services. More info. can be found here.
