The Levittown Chamber of Commerce presented plaques to four new members at Wednesday night's general meeting, held at Domenico's Restaurant.
The new members inducted into the Chamber are: Peter G. Florey, Principal at D&F Development Group, who is currently renovating the North Levittown Lanes property, Susan Sanchez, a licensed real estate broker for Exit Homestart Realty, Rose Ann Walsh, Community Relations and Development Director for The Elija School in Levittown, and Nancy C. Kantares of Rest Assured Massage Therapy.
The Chamber would like to remind residents of several upcoming events.
First, the Chamber's annual Fall Festival and Community Expo will be held on Saturday, October 5, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Levittown Veterans
Memorial Park.
Next, the Chamber will host a retirement party for Lois Cornibert on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 6 p.m. at Domenico's. Cornibert has 25 years of dedicated service to Astoria Federal Savings Bank and the Levittown community.
The next Levittown Chamber of Commerce general meeting will be held on October 16, 12:30 p.m. with the location to be determined.
