Levittown Resident Wins Honda Sports Award for Golf
The MacArthur High School graduate previously won the NCAA women's title and qualified for the US Open.

USC freshman Annie Park has been selected as the winner of the Honda Sports Award, the school has announced.
The CWSA presents the Honda Sports Award annually to top women athletes in 12 NCAA-sanctioned sports. With this honor, Park becomes a finalist for the Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year and the 2013 Honda Cup, according to the USC Athletics website.
“Winning the Honda Sports Award is a tremendous honor and I am proud to be included with the rest of the amazing winners from this year," Park said.
Previously, the MacArthur HS graduate won the NCAA individual women’s title in convincing fashion, finishing 10 strokes under par and leading No. 1 ranked USC to their third consecutive national title.
Park then qualified for the Women’s US Open at just 18 years of age. Park also qualified last year after she finished first at the U.S. Women's Open sectional qualifier at Trump National in Colts Neck, N.J.
