You won't need your winter coats this week. Temperatures are going to be in the upper 50s all week, with sunny skies nearly every day.

LONG ISLAND, NY — After a frigid weekend, spring is coming early to Long Island. This week should have sunny skies and warm temperatures every day, and will only get warmer as the week goes on.
According to the National Weather Service, today is the going to be the coolest day of the week with a high of 52 degrees. The rest of the week will see high temperatures in the upper 50s, and climbing into the 60s on Friday.
There's also sunny skies in the forecast for most of the week. There's a 40 percent chance of rain on Thursday, and a small chance of rain Friday night into Saturday. The rest of the week is sunny skies.
