Update: Nassau County Police said that the Bethpage man that was missing since June 8 has been found.
Nassau County Police have issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of a Bethpage man who has been missing since June 8.
Police said that Irwin Strahl, 78, was last seen in front of his residence at 280 Broadway in Bethpage on June 8 at 1 p.m. He was traveling in his car, a 2007 tan colored Lincoln with a NY license plate.
Strahl is 6'1", 180 lbs., white non-hispanic, bald and has brown eyes. He needs his medication, police said.
The Silver Alert Program disseminates immediate information to local media, hospitals and other organizations when a senior citizen or others with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other cognitive disorders go missing.
