The Levittown school community attended the Lisa Newman "Strikes for Scholarships" fundraiser at South Levittown Lanes on Saturday, Nov. 16.
At the event, $3,000 was raised for academic scholarships for local high school students.
"It was a lot of fun for a very good cause," said Island Trees Superintendent of Schools, Charles Murphy. "A big thank you to all who helped with this initiative!"
