Memorial Day is a way for residents to pay tribute to men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our country.
Levittown is hosting its annual Memorial Day parade and service Monday in memory of those who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.
The parade starts on Monday, 10 a.m. The parade begins on Wantagh Avenue and proceeds west on Hempstead Turnpike, down to the Levittown Library.
