Vodka, Prescription Meds, Orders of Protection Stolen from Cars in Nassau

Nassau County Police reported the following incidents of thefts from vehicles:

• July 23: Horn Lane, Levittown; both NYS license plates stolen.
• Aug. 5: Ash Street, Valley Stream; Nintendo DS handheld video game, two phone chargers, checkbook stolen.
• Aug. 5: CVS, Franklin Square; prescription medication stolen.
• Aug. 6: Midwood Road, Woodmere; cash, headphones stolen.
• Aug. 6: Herricks Senior High School, Herricks; Michael Kors pocketbook, wallet stolen.
• Aug. 7: Landau Avenue, Elmont; two orders of protection and court documents stolen.
• Aug. 7: Oceanview Avenue, Valley Stream; bottles of vodka stolen.
• Aug. 8: Hicksville Road pizza store, Seaford; handicap parking permit stolen.
• Aug. 8: Sherian Boulevard, Mineola; four hubcaps stolen.
• Aug. 9: Southern Parkway, Uniondale; radar detector, cash stolen.
• Aug. 9: Drury Lane, Great Neck; large gym bag, jumper cables, tire iron, trailer hitch, miscellaneous tools, folding bike, boat parts stolen.
• Aug. 10: S. Everett Street, N. Valley Stream; cash, GPS, laptop, spare key, CDs, DVDs, North Shore Plainview ID, and stethoscope stolen from two cars.
• Aug. 10: Aladin Avenue, New Hyde Park; $50 in cash stolen.
• Aug. 10: Emmet Avenue, East Rockaway; cash, LIRR monthly pass, sunglasses, employee ID, bluetooth headphones stolen. Incident caught on security footage.
• Aug. 11: Prescott Place, Old Bethpage; iPod, cash stolen.
• Aug. 11: Fairway Drive, Old Bethpage; laptop, case stolen.
• Aug. 11: Broadway, Hewlett; NorthFace jacket and wallet stolen.
