Man Allegedly Impersonates Cop to Buy Jewelry at Tri-County in Levittown -  A Queens man was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly impersonated a police officer and used bad checks to buy more than $2,000 jewelry in Woodmere and Levittown.

Levittown House Damaged in Fire - A home on Blacksmith Road in Levittown suffered exterior damage early Wednesday morning in a fire, but thankfully no one was injured. Check out some photos of the fire here. 


Balsam Lane Building Plans Opposed by Property Owners Association -  The Levittown Property Owners Association unanimously opposed commercial plans for a former barber shop on Balsam Lane at Tuesday night's meeting. A hearing for several variance requests on the property will be held on October 9 at the Town of Hempstead Board of Appeals.
