#3 Walmart Market Almost Near Completion and Protest Cancelled -  Construction work on the new Walmart Market in Levittown is almost done, with workers seen paving the parking lot this past week. A protest by local unions was cancelled due to the weather on Friday.

#2 Levittown Pools to Open on June 15 - Levittown residents only have to wait a little while longer to hit the local pools. 

#1 Island Trees Graduate Drafted in Third Round by Padres – Local baseball player Bryan Verbitsky was taken 86th overall by the San Diego Padres. Verbitsky was a standout outfielder and pitcher at Island Trees HS and had a breakout year at Hofstra as a junior.
