#1 Levittown Community Leader Norm Murray Passes - Murray was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran, a long-time public address announcer for Hofstra and contributed to the community in a number of ways. His community contributions include helping found the Levittown Red Devils youth football program and founding the Levittown Youth lacrosse program. Friend and resident Steve Dalton remembered Murray in a letter to the editor.
