74 High School Students Named Advanced Placement Scholars
Lindenhurst's brightest take home awards for producing the best scores on AP exams.

74 of Lindenhurst High School's students have earned Advanced Placement Scholar Awards for their performance on AP exams.
The College Board annually recognizes several levels of success on the AP exams based on the students' performance.
Among the students included were a group of those from the recent graduating class, including Nathaniel Angeles, Laura Byron, Caitlin Cress, Matthew LaBianca, Caroline Rakus-Wojciechowski, Joshua Sposito and Olivia Sztanga, who all earned the National Advanced Placement Scholar award for scoring a four on all of their AP exams.
Students scoring 3.5 or above on all of their AP exams were awarded the Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction. Those students included Melissa Castiglione, Eleni Kallinos, Marcin Adamczyk, James Ahearn, Nathaniel Angeles, Aleksandra Bator, Laura Byron, Caitlin Cress, Paul Deangelis, Nicole Fasolo, Steven Ficurilli, Abigail Gillam, Nicole Intrieri, Anna Kondraciuk, Martha Kosinski, Matthew Labianca, Valerie Oyakhilome, Patricia Pikura, Caroline Rakus-Wojciechowski, Constantine Sargentini, Meghan Scala, Justin Shipsey, Joshua Sposito, Peter Spurrell, Samantha Stettnisch and Olivia Sztanga.
Students who scored at least a 3.25 or higher on their AP exams were given the Advanced Placement Scholar with Honors award. Those students included Anna Domagala, Nico Eden, Eric Johansen, Rebekah Wallner, Margaret Byrnes, Kristen Curran, Hope Dunbar, Anthony Giambrone, Larissa Meehan, Joseph Munz, David Ng, Chabelly Pacheco and Kayla Provenzano.
The students that scored three or higher on their AP exams qualified for the Advanced Placement Scholar award. These students included Robert Gravano, Steven Iannacci, Ryan Kerr, Joseph Koehler, Claudia Maj, Gabrielle Mascio, Kaileigh Mendoza, Kristina Petroglia, Vincent Quaglia, Alexandra Senal, Sameer Singh, Jon Suman, Daniel Thangavelu, Furkan Turfanda, Tiffany Wolff, Samuel Yeung, Kennia Zepeda, Patricia Aglio, David Bissoon, Julianne Bozzo, Julie Catone, Jorge Erazo, Kathleen Golden, Caitlin Kreuter, Jerzy Kruszlinski, Nora McKenna, Magda Milewska, Baris Oztemiz, Nicole Rossiello, Nicole Saracino, Luke Sienkiewicz, Gabrielle Stamile, Jack Sumski and Matthew Zajac.
