Extra Trains Offered for Yom Kippur Travel

The LIRR will operate eight additional eastbound trains from Penn Station between 2:32 p.m. and 3:31 p.m. Friday for those traveling home early in observance of Yom Kippur.
 
There will be three added trains on both the Babylon and Port Jefferson branches, and one each on the Port Washington and Far Rockaway Branches.

• 2:32 PM express train to Lynbrook, local to Babylon
• 3:00 PM train to Jamaica, Rockville Centre, local to Babylon
• 3:31 PM express train to Rockville Centre, local to Babylon
