Free Fribbles Offered Saturday at Friendly's Restaurants
Lindenhurst residents could head to nearby locations to get their own free Fribble on June 23.
Friendly’s Restaurants across Long Island will be giving away free, 12-ounce Fribbles to anyone who stops by any of their 33 Long Island eateries on Saturday.
Now while Lindenhurst no longer has its own Friendly's, residents won't be left out because there are locations in nearby West Babylon, Copiague, Farmingdale, North Babylon and Massapequa.
The restaurant chain - which claimed bankruptcy in October 2011 - said, in a press release about the event, giving away their popular Fribbles, which come in strawberry, vanilla and chocolate, is just one way to give back to customers.
