Main Firehouse Public Meeting
The Village of Lindenhurst will hold an informational public meeting on Tuesday, , to talk about proposed plans to reconstruct the 's main firehouse.

All Village residents are invited to attend the meeting, which is set for 7:30 p.m. that night at the 's at 225 South Wellwood Avenue.

Seeking New Members
The Lindenhurst Band Parents Association is recruiting new members by reaching out to the parents of eighth-graders at the and current students.

The Association will meet tonight in room 159 in the LHS, starting at 7:30 p.m. All are welcome.

The Association will also have an , and members will be selling wristbands at a discounted price as a fundraiser.

No registration is required for the free event at the LML, but residents are asked to bring their own game equipment.

Art Show
The Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts (BACCA) 23rd Annual Juried Judged Art Exhibition today.

The show - presented by the Lindenhurst-based Arts Center - is set for at in Babylon Village.

Entries for this year's must be original works which haven't been previously exhibited in a BACCA show. Three current original works may be submitted; at least one will be accepted.
