Village Board Meeting
The Lindenhurst Village Board of Trustees will meet tonight, June 19, at Village Hall at 7:30 p.m.

FEMA Assistance
Representatives from FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) will be in the small meeting room of the on Tuesday, June 19, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., to assist those people affected by .

Food Workshop
Also at the LML today residents could learn how to make fresh mozzarella at home.
Chef Richard will take particpants through the process of tuning milk into curd. Participants will create their iown ball of fresh mozzarella to take home and enjoy with their family.
Particpants are asked to bring a large mixing bowl to class.
