Lindy SEPTA Night with NY Cosmo This Sun.
Help out a great cause for Lindenhurst and check out the first-place Cosmos.
The Lindenhurst Special Education Parent Teachers Association (SEPTA) will team up with the New York Cosmos for a special night this weekend to help raise funds for special needs children in Lindenhurst.
The event will take place this Sunday, Oct. 20 at 4 p.m. at the home of the North American Soccer League-affiliated Cosmos, Shaurt Stadium at Hofstra University in Uniondale.
A portion of ticket sales on the evening will go towards the Lindenhurst SEPTA, which helps provide awareness and funds for special needs education in the district.
The Cosmos will be taking on FC Edmonton that evening, and the Cosmos currently sit atop the Fall standings in the league in first-place. FC Edmonton is currently sitting in seventh place.
Tickets are available near the center circle for $30, sidelines for $20 and endlines for $15. To order tickets, contact Marc Iervolino at (516) 724-7094.
