The Village of Lindenhurst held its annual remembrance ceremony at Lindenhurst Village Park's 9/11 Memorial Garden on Wed., Sept. 11.

The ceremony included speeches from Mayor Thomas Brennan and Legislator Wayne Horsley during the over one-hour event at Lindenhurst Village Park.

Lindenhurst lost eight residents on Sept. 11, 2001: Joseph Angelini, Jr., Joseph Angelini, Sr., Susan M. Clyne, Tara Moore Debek, Geoffrey E. Guja, Gary H. Lee, Catherine Lisa LoGuidice and Laurence Nedell.
