Teens and tweens make cards and door hangers at the Lindenhurst Memorial Library to send to a local nursing home.
Local kids recently stopped by the Lindenhurst Memorial Library to make some art to brighten a senior citizen's day.
Teens and tweens dropped in on February 21 to do this community service project.
"Thank you to all the teen/tween volunteers! These cards and door hangers will be donated to a local nursing home to brighten the residents' day," library officials wrote on the LML's Flickr page.
