Village: FEMA Coming to LMS Wed. Night
FEMA representatives, as well as the Village building inspector, will be at the Lindenhurst Middle School on November 28 at 8 p.m. to answer questions, officials say.
FEMA officials are coming to the Lindenhurst Middle School on Wednesday night.
That's according to Mayor Tom Brennan and Village Administrator Shawn Cullinane.
They told Lindenhurst Patch on Monday that FEMA representatives confirmed they'll be at the LMS on November 28 at 8 p.m. in the auditorium.

"FEMA representatives will be there with their computers to answer questions and register people, and our building inspector, Tom Maher, will also be there to answer questions," Mayor Brennan said.
"This'll be an informational meeting, as well, and reps from other federal agencies, such as the Small Business Administration and Community Relations, will be there," Cullinane said.

As such Brennan and Cullinane said FEMA reps and other FEMA-related/federal officials, as well as Maher, will also be presenting information to residents in need.
They encourage residents in need to come and register, and to also come if they've already registered, as the reps will be able to sit with them and answer specific questions and tell them where they are in the system.

FEMA, as well as 14 other New York state agencies, are also currently operating from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily at the Lindenhurst Memorial Library.
