Woman Reported Missing After Hospital Discharge On LI: Police

A Long Island woman has been missing since April after she was discharged from an area hospital, Suffolk County police announced Monday.

WYANDANCH, NY — A Long Island woman has been missing since early April, the Suffolk County Police Department announced Monday.

April Brown, 38, was reported missing after she was discharged from Stony Brook University Hospital on April 9 and did not return home to Wyandanch, police said.

Police said she has brown eyes, blond hair, weighs about 145 pounds, and is 5'6".
