If the rain outside is making you feel blue, that might not be a bad thing considering the 5th Annual Barrier Beach Blues & Arts Festival is taking place this weekend.
Free concerts and events are taking place at the City Hall plaza and at Lola's Winebar.
This festival is put on by JohannaM, Artists in Partnership, Inc. and the Long Beach Public Library. The festivals have been taking place in Long Beach, New York every summer since 2009.
