Legislative Memo: As a result of Superstorm Sandy, numerous City owned vehicles were submerged in flood waters and need to be replaced. These two vehicles functioned for a while until they failed from salt water exposure. Funding is being requested through public assistance grant monies from FEMA.
- Resolution Authorizing the City Manager and the City Comptroller to Transfer Funds within the 2012-2013 Budget.
Legislative Memo: Every year in order to prepare for the closing of the budget cycle, a Council resolution is placed on the Agenda giving the City Manager and the City Comptroller the authority to transfer unexpended funds within the current fiscal year.
