Cops: Baldwin Woman Had Forged Prescription

A Baldwin woman tried to get medication using a forged prescription in Baldwin earlier this year, police said.

A Baldwin woman was charged with presenting a pharmacist with a forged prescription in Baldwin in March, according to Nassau County Police.

Kristin Ubaghs, 31, was charged at 4:11 p.m. Monday in Baldwin with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, cops said.

The charges stem from an incident on March 19 when Ubaghs presented a forged New York State prescription at Levins Pharmacy, located at 364 Long Beach Road in Baldwin, cops said. An investigation led to Ubaghs’ arrest, police said.
