Free Mammograms In Long Beach For Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The screenings are by appointment only for Oct. 19.

LONG BEACH, NY — With October Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the City of Long Beach has free screenings planned.

In coordination with the NuHealth/NUMC Mammography van, the screenings will take place on Wed., Oct. 19.

Appointments are required and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mammograms will be available from 8:15 a.m to noon at Long Beach City Hall.
